- If the number of participants in a group is fewer than 4, the departure may be canceled.
- Flight delays or cancellations do not qualify as reasons for trip cancellation. In such cases, you must seek compensation through travel insurance.
- Cancellation is allowed up to 30 days (inclusive) before the selected date. Unused orders can be canceled free of charge.
- If canceled between 8 to 29 days prior to the selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will be charged.
- If canceled 5 to 7 days prior to the selected date, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
- Cancellation is not allowed within 0 to 4 days after the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and no refunds will be issued.
