The Port Stephens Koala Sanctuary includes:

Koala Centre – A retail kiosk offering a range of high-quality souvenirs, visitor admissions, and guest reception services
Sanctuary Story Walk – A 250-meter winding trail providing an immersive educational experience about koalas and their habitat
Koala Hospital – Observe veterinary staff conducting *examinations and treatments on koala patients through the hospital's viewing windows. *Subject to outpatient hours.
Newcastle Airport SKY Walk and Elevated Viewing Platform – A 225-meter elevated walkway with a 10-meter-high viewing platform in the treetop canopy, offering a unique perspective of koalas' natural habitat and excellent photo opportunities! (During winter, the last entry to the Koala Sanctuary is at 3 PM; at other times, it is 4 PM. The Sky Walk closes at 4:45 PM.)
Luxury Four-Star Accommodation – Guests can stay in four-star luxury tents within the sanctuary and wake up alongside koalas
 

Important Visit Notes: Visiting the Port Stephens Koala Sanctuary involves approximately a 1-kilometer round-trip walk. All pathways and elevated viewing platforms are easily accessible and suitable for visitors of all ages and abilities.
